Our team continues to improve their individual skills and play solid defensively. Players are all working diligently in practices focusing on playing tough defensively, individual and team ball handling, making good passes, putting more power into their shooting, and directing their shots on goal. These efforts payed off in games this week as we outshot our opponents (CDNIS & KCCIS) by a wide margin and scored a good number of goals against them. We are looking good going into the playoffs later this month.

In the final 2 games of the regular season this week, our team gave KCCIS & DSC a good hiding. It was the impressive defense and the determined offensive attack combined with superb goalkeeping that earned our team the victories. We are now undefeated since January 7th and looking very good going into the playoffs. We finished in second place with 30 points, 3 points back of CDNIS who have 33 points. We are eagerly looking forward to meeting them in the playoffs.

Next week will feature the Ball Hockey All-Star competition between 4 of the best players and 4 goalies players selected from each team vs the Team Coaches - Game time 4:00 pm Wednesday, February 18 @ the YMCA in Jordan. Spectators are always welcome to all competitions. Hope to see you out there!
